I. Return Application Time
To apply for a return, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to submit a return application. Applications submitted after this period may not be processed.
II. Eligible Return Circumstances
You can apply for a return or refund in the following situations: The product can be returned whether it is opened or unopened; The product has quality problems; The product was damaged during transportation; The received product does not match the order contents; The product has obvious defects or is missing accessories.
When applying for a return, please provide your order number and relevant photos so that we can verify and process your request.
III. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, returned products must meet the following conditions:
The product is unused and undamaged; It is in its original condition and does not affect resale; The original packaging, accessories, and instruction manual are complete; There is no man-made damage, bumps, scratches, or problems caused by improper use. If the product does not meet the above conditions, we may not be able to accept the return request.

Returns are generally not supported in the following situations:
The product has been used or shows obvious signs of use;
Damage caused by improper use (such as dry heating, drastic temperature changes, etc.);
The product has been bumped, chipped, or scratched;

The return request period has expired;

V. Return Process
The return process is as follows:
Contact customer service to submit a return request;
Customer service reviews and confirms eligibility for return;
Provide a return address and relevant explanations;
Send the product back as required;
After receiving the product and verifying that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be returned using the original payment method.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or damage during transportation, we will bear the shipping costs.
For returns requested for personal reasons, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.
For costs incurred from refusing to accept the package without a valid reason, the buyer may be responsible for these costs.
VII. Handling Transportation Damage
If you find the outer packaging severely damaged or the product visibly damaged upon receipt, please contact customer service immediately and provide photos. We will assist in handling the issue.
